With health care costs the way they are these days, it’s always a good idea to plan ahead. Unless you have a job for a major corporation or generous individual, you probably don’t get great health coverage. This much was evident to me last year when I broke my foot and had to go to the doctor. That’s why I’ve looked into a health savings account, something that will be there in an emergency.

I spend quite a bit of time on the internet as it is, in fact, I’ve been spending time on the internet since the ancient days of dial-up. I remember missing the birth of some cousins due to the fact I was on the internet all week, typing up the phone lines. Technology has come quite a ways in the last decade, now we pretty much all enjoy the perks of Mobile internet.

There are many advertisements claiming they offer free credit reports and everything, so I decided one day to check out my credit. I was surprised by the results. It turns out, a few years ago someone tried to buy a boat using my identity. Apparently, they were not successful, but it has made me gain an appreciation for preventing identity theft. If I ever run into this problem again, I will consult a credit repair service.

Last year for my birthday my Aunt Casey decided to buy me a Bluetooth headset. It worked wonders! I loved being able to talk anytime hands free, especially when I was driving in the car. That was until I was walking one day and lost my balance in a puddle. That was it for my headset, not even letting it dry out helped it. All I could do was sit there and stare at this wonderful piece of technology that looks unscathed yet still does not work.

After school was out last year, I made a big mistake and decided to sell textbooks at the school bookstore. Even though I paid top dollar for them at the same store and they were all in perfect condition, I got less than half of the face value for each one. I was so disappointed that I vowed not to let it happen again. I went online and found several reputable websites that allow students to sell textbooks for top dollar and maximum convenience.

I was watching one of those home improvement shows on television last night. It really got me motivated to start some home projects of my own. I’ve had a few things in mind, namely adding space to my bathroom, making an open lanai, and adding new furniture to my master bedroom. One of the most important features I need is a chest of drawers with pop displays so I can see whatever I want whenever I feel like it.

What a pain it is to get older! I remember I was in my mid-thirties when I started to develop joint pain. It started off slightly painful, where all I needed to do was take an over-the-counter pain reliever. As I aged, it progressively got worse. I woke up one day and couldn’t’t move. Luckily, my physician found the right combination of pain medication and physical therapy and now I feel fantastic!

I’m pretty happy to report that I have a new job, pending the pre-employment screening. I think that should pass with flying colors for me, so I’m pretty confident about starting next week. The great thing about this new position is that I’ll get to set my own hours and do what I really love doing. I’ll be manipulating text all day long and getting paid. So, I’m pretty excited about opportunities in front of me. I hope everyone else is positive, too.

I’ve heard a lot of arguments started about what is the best night cream. I have my opinions and I stick to them, as all people do when speaking of night cream. I tell you, I’ve never heard such a divisive issue amongst my friends. Even though we all routinely opine on subjects as diverse as religion and philosophy, nothing gets the intensity cranked up like a review of night creams.
