The first time I went to Florida was for my cousin, it was to late for him to get addiction treatment. Yeah he was a junky and it finally caught up with him. He was clean for a month and lost his tolerance, when he used again he took his normal amount which was fatal. Always try and get your relative treatment while you still can.
