With the use of budgeting software, I think it would be great to set forth a budget for myself, because I am always behind on my bills, because I am always doing the bill shuffle. The bill shuffle is taking bills and putting them off so I can pay something else or get something that I want. I would allow myself some money to get what I want still, but I would be following a budget!

I would like to have a new Address Plaque made for my house, as the one that I have now is a bit outdated, and probably quite hard to read as well. There are so many different kinds of address plaques to choose from, there will be one to fit my home décor! I would like to have an easy to read one just so the pizza guy will stop missing my house!

You would think that Mormons would be excited about Mitt Romney’s candidacy for the Republican nomination. Not everyone. Some are proud, but others are worried about the intense scrutiny his campaign will bring to their religion. Older members of the LDS church remember years of persecution and prejudice, and don’t want to see history repeat itself. Others are angry that Romney has not stood firm on major tenets of Mormon faith. Mormon doctrine teaches that polygamy, outlawed a century ago by the church, was necessary and played a part in Mormon history. Romney, however, has been quoted as saying he couldn’t imagine anything worse.

Michael Weinstein, founder of the Military Religious Freedom Foundation, is threatening the US military with a lawsuit. The complaint stems from what Weinstein calls anti-Semitic material on a Fort Leavenworth web site. The material was written by the post chaplain, and was part of a Bible study. Apparently, the material blasts Jews for acts of terrorism, including the crucifixion of Jesus. Weinstein said that the web site is just the tip of the iceberg, and that anti-Semitism is rampant in the US military.

Monsignor Alan Placa is a childhood friend of Rudy Giuliani’s – he even baptized Giuliani’s two children.. But victm’s rights groups are now asking that the ex-mayor of New York file Placa, who works for Giuliani’s security consulting business. Placa was implicated in a grand jury report of alleged sexual abuse by priests. He, of course, denies ever abusiing anyone, but victim’s rights groups say there is a ton of evidence that he covered up sexual abuse by clergy and even protected known sexual predators. Now I don’t care if the guy actually abused kids himself, allowing it to go on and protecting the abusers is just as bad. And no matter how far back his “friendship†with Giuliani goes, Giuliani would be smart to fire him. Loyalty to a friend only goes so far,

It never occurred to me when looking for things to invest in, that you can actually buy gold coins. This brought up an interesting thought for me, that our economy could totally crash one day, and cash would be worth nothing, but gold would be! This is why buying gold coins would be an awesome investment for anyone. I think that I will be investing in a couple gold coins as a just incase type of thing! We all know that gold will not lose value, all of our money is backed by actual gold, it would just be hard to carry it around all of the time. Invest in your future, buy a couple gold coins to keep around a great investment!

Sony’s video game “Resistance: Fall of Man†includes a gun battle between an American soldier and aliens. No big deal, right? Well, the battle takes place in a building that looks suspiciously like the Manchester Cathedral in Northern England. The Church of England asked Sony to withdraw the game, but instead received a letter of apology.
