Church leaders seeking end to ban on travel to Cuba

Several leaders of Christian denominations and ecumenical organizations have been lobbying Congress to ease the ban on travel to Cuba by U.S. citizens. Citizens wishing to travel to Cuba for religious reasons have to obtain a restricted license that limits the frequency of travel and amount of travelers. Apparently, even the restricted license is very difficult to obtain – and some people have not been able to acquire one at all.
